2025 MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees are now due for 2025 and are £5 per person. Renewal notices have been sent by email to all 2024 Members – if you haven’t received yours please contact secretary@vmma.org.uk
Instructions on how to join the association can be found on the website. Please make sure you notify the secretary by email when you pay you subscription, particularly when using paper form to fill in your details.
2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2025 AGM of Ventnor Marina Moorers Association will be held at 3pm on Saturday 5th April 2025 in the Visitor’s (Woodland) Lounge at Ventnor Marina.
The purpose of the meeting is to approve the 2024 Accounts, to elect the Officers and Committee Members and to discuss agenda items. No other business may be discussed at the meeting.
The formal paperwork will be issued to all Members by 22nd March 2025 via e-mail. If you do not receive yours, please e-mail secretary@vmma.org.uk
All existing Officers and Committee Members must resign at the AGM but may stand for re-election. The Officers of the Association are the Chairman, the Treasurer and the Secretary. In addition to the Officers, up to 8 Committee Members may be elected (subject to a minimum of 4).
Members must have paid their 2025 subscription in order to attend the AGM and only Full Members may vote.

Following the AGM, there will be an Open Committee Meeting, which Members are invited to attend.
