It was great to see so many moorers for the first breakfast of the year on 7th May. The weather brightened up for what turned out to be a lovely sunny Sunday morning.
Moorers enjoyed bacon rolls with a drink and chatted about plans for the coming season. It was great to welcome so many new moorers, some of whom are boat owners for the first time.
On this occasion, entertainment was provided by two blue tits who are nesting next to the moorers’ lounge entrance, although one needed a helping hand to get back on its feet having flown into the window!
