Congratulations to Jayne Wragg off Take A Chance who won the 2021 photo competition with a shot she took over the social weekend in September.  Jayne wins a mounted print of her image. Congratulations alos to Julie Stock and Ed Mayhew who came joint second.

Sunday 12 September – Moorers’ Breakfast – Our biggest tyrn out yet – probably!

Thanks to Martin Stubbins who ran a Canal Painting workshop on 11 July to give people the opportunity to have a go at decorating a coaster using traditional canal techniques. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were pleased with their handiwork.  

Although we won’t be able to hold the Moorers’ Breakfast on 11 July, VMMA will be making charcoal and firelighters available at the barbecue stations in Sunrise and Sunset for anyone who wants to cook their own food over the weekend.  You will, of course, be responsible for cleaning the barbecue before and after use … Read more
